In doing so, we build on close and transparent cooperation with our customers and suppliers, as well as on consistent quality assurance, in order to be able to guarantee perfect results with the precision required by the customer.

On our CNC turning and milling centres we process and machine high-quality materials such as aluminium, brass and steel alloys, stainless steel and plastics into individual parts, subsequently outsource the necessary heat treatments and surface finishes to the appropriate professional service companies and complete the parts through to complex assemblies and ready-packaged products.

The trade with tools, consumables and repair material as well as industrial products for the automotive sector is our origin. We know this business in all details or facets and it is handled by the trade department from our warehouse.

In cooperation with our long-term partners, we also carry out the following surface and heat treatments:

• Hardening and tempering, case hardening
• Gas nitriding with post-oxidation*
• Galvanizing
• Phosphating
• Burnishing
• Powder coating
• Post-oxidation significantly increases the corrosion resistance of nitrocarburized components and gives the workpiece surface a black, decorative appearance. The application of the oxide layer converts the roughness peaks of the surface into a soft phase. This improves the running-in behaviour. Areas of application are corrosively and abrasively stressed parts and engine components.
